Customer Service Specialist Cameron - Singapore

Job description

  • Act as the focal point between customers, external sales and the plant by providing quotations and sales orders support
  • Determine customer requirements in order to specify products and solutions during quote stage and order processing stage when successful in bidding
  • Process customer quotes and orders with support from engineering, quality, legal, finance, logistics and the plant
  • Work with the engineering and the plant to maintain an efficient enquiry to quote and quote to order processing
  • Participate with District Sales, Commercial Manager and Sales Office Manager on negotiation of offers, orders and contracts in order to establish prices, conditions and delivery terms
  • Work with Sales Order Planning team on sales order monitoring until the order is delivered
  • Provide sales order status report to customers
  • Coordinate customers’ order schedule as required
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed in conjunction with the Logistics personnel
  • Maintain filing according to the company’s policy
  • Manage time and work effectively with colleagues from other departments in the company
  • Participate in meetings with customer / district sales as and when required


Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Degree from a recognized educational institute, qualification in engineering will be added advantage
  • At least 5 years of working experience in industrial sales administration
  • Good team player, with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Able to perform required responsibilities under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP preferred
