As the Regional Payroll Analyst, you will work on challenging improvement works to payroll processes in the region and conduct investigations to various payroll issues. You will also drive payroll process improvements, an act as a key change catalyst for the ongoing transition. You will be part of a project team for an ongoing system transition, where you will be working with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
We require a candidate who has strong proven payroll experience, with the ability to consult the business on any issues with regards to payroll. A minimum of seven years working experience is required, with a minimum of five years in payroll management capacity. Previous experience working within an MNC is an advantage. In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to lead re-engineering of processes
• Analytical and diligent
• Experience in SAP Payroll / Workday would be an advantage
