NAV Product Manager
As the NAV Product Manager,you will be responsible for leading the NAV implementation and support team and controlling the NAV development priorities. You will engage with customers in a consulting role to help them achieve maximum benefit from using our EHR/ERPsolution.
You will also be a key point of contact for customers during the implementation process. You will also be responsible for following up with customers to ensure use and address any issues that may arise.

- Manage implementation of Dynamics NAV and associated products based upon sales order
- Create learning materials to assist in training of customers
- Maintain communications to customer of product development and upgrade schedules
- Manage suggestions for product improvement
- Develop processes to improve implementation time and effectiveness
- Handle level 2 support calls from customers
- Foster positive relationships with customers
- Provide remote Internet based training when needed
- Limited travel
Qualifications

- Accounting experience in a role of supervisor or higher
- Dynamics NAV software use experience is a plus
