10-15 years Experience in IT Solutions, IT-Service and IT-Products Sales in U.S. market. Experience in Microsoft domain and products like Dynamics NAV, CRM and SharePoint will be added advantage 
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Proven leadership quality to lead a large sales and marketing team
Very strong analytical, planning and forecasting ability to drive the company sales & marketing process and planning 
Good exposure to Global Delivery, Offshoring and Hybrid models
Ability to devise business development and sales strategy for the assigned domain or
geography
Access to network of C-level decision makers
Generated revenue streams in USA in excess of 1.5 - 2M USD
Accountable to meet Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets
Experience in acquiring New Logos - we value that a lot
Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to interact with top
management (C-Level)
Handling and co-ordination with the Local & Offshore Sale, Presales and Delivery team(s) for business closure and to ensure success in client engagements
A graduate or undergraduate degree in marketing or business studies is preferred (Business +
Technology degree a plus)
Technical background would be preferred
