Reporting into the Global Sales Operations Director, you are responsible for managing the global sales operations team covering the region in United States, Europe and Asia region including China. Your key responsibilities cover:
- Order Processing
- Sales Forecast Management
- Production Scheduling
- Shipment Support
You are responsible for processing worldwide orders, managing booking and revenue reporting. You monitor the development of sales opportunities to feed relevant forecast to operation for generic planning as well as maintaining the in-house CRM system. You partner with country, regional and worldwide sales organization and cross function organization (Finance, Logistics, Legal, Sales, Channels Operations etc) to define and implement policies, systems and tools to enable efficient and scalable processes. You support the production scheduling by ensuring that the operation prepare sufficient slot to support the business in forecast. You work closely with the Logistics to monitor production schedule against customer requirement and coordinate with customers to provide precise shipping information.
The successful incumbent for this role will be an engineering degree or MBA will be an added advantage. You are a strong individual with more than 5 years of experience preferably in the semiconductor industry. You have strong financial acumen, analytical thinking and can manage well with ambiguity. You show proven ability to achieve targets and form robust strategies to deliver outcomes. You are a strategic thinker who is focused on bringing innovation and value through the sales and supply chain. An added advantage with experience working on SAP Singapore and CRM systems is preferred. Experience managing a team and minimum travelling may be required for the role.
