For our Client, an international company based in Krakow we are currently looking for the right candidate for the position of: 


EMEA AP Accountant with French

Essential Requirements

• ·         Experience in AP accounting area for at least 1-4 years, in a multinational company, preferably in Shares Service or BPO company
• ·         Proven track of knowing EU or Polish VAT and Tax regulations
• ·         Knowledge in working with SAP and MS Office (in particular Excel)
• ·         Fluent in English language
• ·         Good communication skills in French
• ·         Good communication and customer service skills
• ·         Proactivity and ability to take initiative
• ·         Able to organize self (and others if applicable) including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills

 

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• ·         The candidate will have to process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP system
• ·         Prepare and present the analysis of vendors accounts
• ·         Taking care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
• ·         Build, maintain and develop relationship with various team members to gather proper information on time
• ·         Ensure positive working environment and atmosphere with co-workers
• ·         Identify gaps or weakness and propose corrective actions
