The Role:

Mission statement is to:
  • Provide high quality service for the clients of the Company in Dynamics AX / NAV / CRM implementation, support, training and other Dynamics related activities;
  • Act as an information source within the team, facilitate the progress of colleagues.
Key purpose is:
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX / NAV / CRM consulting;
  • Participation in Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects mainly in the field of finance and accounting, but also in trade and logistics;
  • Configuration of the respective reporting;
  • Helpdesk support – for clients and colleagues;
  • Applying internal procedures of the Company as stated out in the Company manual and other documents;
  • Training, mentoring junior colleagues if required;
  • Being responsible for the progress of assigned junior colleagues;
  • Making sure that the information in the company regarding the legislations and the system is up to date.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities are:
  • Implementation of the functionality of the AX / NAV/ CRM software in their consultant aspects during the whole project lifecycle;
  • Full knowledge of AX / NAV / CRM standards and their application;
  • Actively taking part in sales and pre-sales activities (explore new needs of the clients, prepare for presentations, present, and participate in the preparation of proposals);
  • Assessing and documenting processes, prepare technical specifications;
  • Participating in the design and implementation of the implemented system based on XAPT standards, the project implementation methodologies, and in line with individual requirement of the client and the local/international/group level regulation;
  • Holding internal and external trainings; Training users;
  • Communication of any emerging problem and/or incomplete task, project status to the customer care manager in time;
  • Actively participating in and contribute to the meetings of the consultant team and corporate discussions, meet with clients.

Role requirements:

Education:
  • College or University degree in Information Technology / Economics 
  • Finance/accounting or production/logistics software knowledge is a great advantage.

Professional experience:
  • 5+ years of experience gained in the field of Finance/Accounting;
  • Solid knowledge of financial processes and regulation is required;
  • 3+ yeas Experience gained in: ERP implementation project; Project management; Similar role;
  • Experience in Trade and Logistics will be considered as an advantage;
Technical and IT skills:
  • Solid knowledge of Dynamics AX / NAV / CRM, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio), Internet;
  • SQL Query, SharePoint, Active Directory, programming knowledge (C++), and other technical skills are considered as advantage. Good knowledge of QlikView and/or other reporting packages and CRM RM add-on.
Special training / certification:
  • In-depth knowledge of the products from XAPT Solutions portfolio;
  • Basic certifications tests in financial management of all distributed products is required;
  • All other certifications related to financial management processes are considered as advantage.
Language:
  • English - at least intermediate level (spoken and written);
  • Fluent Bulgarian language in spoken and written;
  • Second foreign language is considered an advantage.

Other skill requirements:
  • Keeping self-up-to-date regarding finance and AX/NAV/CRM related matters;
  • Ability to manage and motivate people;
  • Able to communicate personal/business/company goals and to make sure that the goals are achieved;
  • Able to take responsibility and to prioritize;
  • Client oriented and service minded;
  • Excellent presentations and communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Precise, thorough and quality working;
  • Confident and proactive, result-oriented person with constant desire for further development;
  • Patient and diligent, cooperative and good team player;
  • Willingness to travel.
