The Role
• Planning and implementing overall analytics and business intelligence strategy
• Lead and collaborate with colleagues within editorial and marketing teams to gather intelligence information to help build the strategy for both internal and external accounts. The objective is to help drive awareness and user growth for all the company's services
• Guide data collection and interpretation working with editorial, marketing and development teams. Goal: find ways to better engage with users
• Provide technical and practical training to colleagues; in social media usage and audience-building (developing existing feeds and possibly new ones)
• Use data analytics to identify user behavior patterns to better monetize and engage users.

• At least 8 years of experience in managing a team and handling analysis to meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise objectives through the ability to predict, analyze, and manage cultural and technological changes within the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical skills, strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing a team and handling analysis to meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise objectives through the ability to predict, analyze, and manage cultural and technological changes within the organization
