Purchase Order Management

Ensure Supply Assurance across all products

Support Planning for HE products

Provide Site Supply Outlook for Mainframe & Power System to WW Team

Support Engineering Changes

Managed Demand Fluctuation & Inventory Challenge

Rework Material management

End of Life material liability management

Support Supplier Performance Review

Support New Product implementation

Measurement Metrics reporting

Daily operation execution

Take necessary steps to improve the safety of the work process and environment

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years of procurement experience

Team player with good communications skills, strong drive to get work done.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet)

Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Independent, pro-active and a team player

Able to support 2nd shift & weekend during month end and quarter end

Required
