Job description

  • Purchase Order Management
  • Ensure Supply Assurance across all products
  • Support Planning for HE products
  • Provide Site Supply Outlook for Mainframe & Power System to WW Team
  • Support Engineering Changes
  • Managed Demand Fluctuation & Inventory Challenge
  • Rework Material management
  • End of Life material liability management
  • Support Supplier Performance Review
  • Support New Product implementation
  • Measurement Metrics reporting
  • Daily operation execution
  • Take necessary steps to improve the safety of the work process and environment

    Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience
  • Team player with good communications skills, strong drive to get work done.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet)
  • Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, pro-active and a team player
  • Able to support 2nd shift & weekend during month end and quarter end

    Required
