Pre-Sales Consultant - Business Analytics SCIENTE Consulting P/L - Singapore

Depending upon the level of competency and prior experience, incumbent shall have  following responsibilities:  
  • Support go-to-market strategy to open up new customers within financial services and insurance industries;
  • To understand the Clients' requirements from technology, business & needs perspective with a consultative approach;
  • Work with the team to conceptualise & structure the right solution, present it to prospects/customers and get involve in proof of concepts if required;
  • Formulate the Scope of Work in consultation with prospects/customers;
  • Increase the revenue base in assigned accounts. Grow the business commensurate with business opportunity;
  • Keep a track of market dynamics, competitiion, latest technologies with Analytics arena;
  • Make regular executive level calls, close business and build relationships to ensure a continuing revenue stream from clients;
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers to convey support and confidence with regards to the Company's capabilities, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and ensuring continued penetration of at all levels within the customer's organization;
  • Assist in strategies/techniques in delivering the services as per the Scope of Work statement;
  • Work towards exceeding the targeted KPIs to grow the portfolio of assignments.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and Experience :
  • Degree or Diploma in IT/Finance/Business with the passion for a client-facing role within consulting business;
  • Ideal candidate must have at least 3-8 years of good relevant experience in data management within financial services or insurance industry;
  • Knowledge/experience in Business Intelligence, DWH, Big Data (Hadoop) and/or predictive analytics tools shall be highly desired;
  • Well versed with Consultative Approach towards the professional services delivery;
  • Client Management experience is very much required;
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, self-driven towards achieving the desired tangible results and can-do attitude are very much required in our high-growth/high-performance culture;
  • Excellent command over written/verbal English;
  • A person with a desire to live a meaningful life and with high integrity.
