Agency Relationship Director Marin Software - San Francisco -California

The Agency Relationship Directors are responsible for managing our Agency clients and ensuring their campaigns across the Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social and Mobile platforms are highly effective and efficient whilst maintaining maximize ROI at all times. 

They have a proven track record in search engine marketing, a passion for online advertising, and seek to work in a position combining client services & account management, strategy and up-selling the Marin solutions across the clients businesses. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee and drive strategic engagements within Agencies in and around the US, focused on adoption of Marin’s technology and service.
  • Responsible for establishing and cultivating the most senior, executive level relationships within the Agencies, and translating those relationships into introductions into other associated and sister Agencies
  • Ensure the value derived can be communicated clearly and is carried over to other associated Agency entities to enable new initial engagements
  • Act as Marin search expert liaison on any and all new associated Agency engagements, on-site when appropriate, and interacting with key decision makers
  • Oversee top-level agency strategy within existing Agency client accounts with a goal of creating stickiness & growth.
  • Accurately track account activity in CRM tool, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
  • Develop and sustain knowledge of Marin Software’s offerings and associated technologies.
  • Drive Quarterly Business Reviews onsite
  • Reports to the RVP Agencies

Qualifications 

  • Ideally you will have 5+ years of experience online media, selling software or software-as-a-service
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working in an SEM focused role
  • Agency experience and a track record of successful agency business proliferation highly preferred.
  • Track record of high customer retention and growth in past positions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Previous Marin platform experiencepreferred.
  • Search Marketing industry experience a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

Compensation: 

This is an on-site, full-time salary plus performance incentive position located in our San Francisco office. Compensation depends on prior experience.
