IBM is currently seeking a Package Solution Consultant to assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP Supply Chain Management - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs analysis of SAP production support issues in the area of Logistics Execution (LE) EWM Module and Warehouse Management (WM) Module
Determines path of resolution and independently processes change from Development through Production System
Coordinates SAP production support issue resolution with offshore consultants
Analyses Change Requests submitted by business users and propose solutions and processes according to leading practices.
Creates Functional Gap Documents, Functional Specification Design documents (FSDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs) , Process Flow Documents (PFDs).
Creates and executes Test plan and Test Scripts using Testing Tools.
Performs root cause analysis to prevent issues in the SAP system.

- At least 2 years experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Configuration
- At least 2 years experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Configuration
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Intermediate
